How to integrate MatriX-iPass™

1 Airport authorities make it mandatory for individuals to get tested to receive a negative test result or recovery or vaccination certificate before travel date.

2 Along with the ticket confirmation email, the passengers will get complete instructions to get registered via the MatriX-iPass™ Patriot App and schedule a test before the travel date.

3 Airport authorities can tie up with the labs/hospitals. They can provide user access to MatriX-iPass™ CLOUD so that airports can authorize Health Certificates for travelers.

4 Travelers will receive the health certificate (Printed and Digital) from the lab/hospital.

5 Airport authorities assign users for MatriX-iPass™ Checkpoint App through the MatriX-iPass™ CLOUD solution to verify health certificates at the entry/exit points.

6 The travelers show the QR code-enabled health certificates to the inspector/security guard at the arrival or departure gate.

7 Using the Checkpoint app, the access control inspector (Cabin Crew) checks health status and allows entry to individuals that tested negative and/or got vaccinated.

8 Airport employees also have to use Patriot App to get health certificates for vaccination and COVID testing from authorized labs. Also, they have to pass through Checkpoint App screening for entry.

9 Passengers who are onboarding from a different place and have to onboard at that airport, the Airport Authority needs to ask passengers to register with the Patriot App as well as take a COVID Test at the airport to get a health certificate. At the exit gate, the security team must scan the health certificates of the passengers.

10 The scan log is visible on the passenger’s profile in MatriX-iPass™ as well as the Inspector Organization’s (Security Department’s) Web Visitor Management system.
